Well do not say or what you want on them, mobile applications are changing the way we do things at the very least, someone trips over a claim they do not know and find it useful, then I‘ve done my job.

I know we‘re all calm nerves and relieve stress / anxiety here, so you may wonder why an application message productivity phone? While having too many applications may lead to the application of the overload, causing loss of productivity, if you stick to basic applications that do their job, which will not only make you more productive well, but it can also help to reduce your stress and anxiety.

So I‘ve narrowed it down to 5 applications that I use on a consistent basis. To be consistent least 3-5 days a week, while most use several times a day.

5) Evernote

My use: Daily

I begin with Evernote, not because it’s my fifth favorite, but because it is probably the most popular application on my list to keep scrolling if your life has been transformed by this powerful little app. For the rest of you, if you have a desire to follow the ideas, thoughts, names, codes or what your dog is the best of the best.

Evernote is a note taking application essentially on steroids. It is easy to create and organize notes, while allowing your notes easily search by keyword to avoid having to find where you saved. You can also share and edit notes with friends and family to help each other to stay in sync. Other features include articles of culture to have the site for more information, and storing photos with notes. All these features are great, but when it comes down to it, this is what is done to make it really good, easy storage and organized information.

       effective interface: Intuitive
       Create Sticky Notes
Create “notebooks” to store the notes

I use at work and then you go immediately syncs with the web application and

My use: 3 times a week

By far my favorite application of meditation there. If you have not tried or started meditating, I highly recommend that you do. It is beneficial for the brain and welfare in many ways and can lead to a significant increase productivity and reduce stress levels.

Headspace is really in a league of its own compared to other applications of meditation. These guys know what they are talking about and know the most effective methods of meditation for beginners and experts. Free space of the Creator, Andy, is a Buddhist monk and ordained care experts. It offers a number of guided meditations that make it easy and enjoyable experience, you do not feel uncomfortable or angry because of his tone calm and reassuring nature.

The strength of the application lies in the motivation of the user. It has many “levels” for completion, which consist of different types of meditation. It is an excellent example of gamification at its best. In addition, the application has a remarkable web application for use on your computer. Rarely telephony applications have seen such a thing.

3) Lift

My use: 5-6 times a week

Lift helps to create habits and achieve goals. Follow your habits quickly and easily helps you stay on track with timely reminders is done, and gives you the extra motivation binding to other users trying to instill the same habits.

It’s simplicity is where it develops. You have just added something you want to do X number of times per week and add it to your list. Each time you complete an item that slide just check mark the point, keep track of how many times you have used / lens this week. You can also click to enter the community of other users with the same habit / goal. Here you can provide support, ask questions, etc. This is a great way to explore different methods and ideas to help you stay on track. For example, I learned space in my meditation group in this application.

Lift does a great job of making you focus on a list to a single element. I think one of our greatest losses of not achieving our objectives is our tendency to try to do too much. By focusing on the basic habits and other things are more likely to fall into place.

interface strengths: simple, easy to use

So I decided not to keep the best, but the most important for last. When it comes down to it, remembering that you need or want to do, is the key to improve your life and reduce the stress factor. While previous applications will help you get more organized, motivate and focus on what you want to change, alarmed bring everything together to remember these things at the right times.

I know a callback request is not a great new idea, however, the constant popularity and critical acclaim for this application are not by chance. I tried it myself about a year ago and still use it today on a daily basis. This is evidenced by the notice of application? Well configurability has no limits – you can set reminders to go off at any time and day of the week, that helps you remember at the right time so that they are less likely to ignore the notification.
