What we think affects our body. You probably know from experience that when you think of something stressful and irritating, increases your heart rate, you may feel restless or even get an upset stomach. I hope you also noticed that when you think of something or someone you love, you have a sense of calm, your breathing is deep and relaxed, and you may find you‘re not so tense.
The thing to remember is that you have control over how you feel, and the use of some simple techniques throughout the day can dramatically improve the way you feel. You can even slow the heart rate and blood pressure … at will!
Visualization is a creative way of meditation. Your thoughts are constantly creating pictures in your mind. , Happy Positive thoughts inspire and energize all depressive negative thoughts deplete your energy.
The display can be practiced anywhere, but the closed room with little light is better; at least until you master the art. Learn to walk away from a stressful situation (even 3 seconds work); imagine your favorite things and focus on the slow, steady,, deep breath!
Yoga is a tradition of 3000 years, which is much more than a simple exercise. Besides helping you feel at peace, yoga helps to cure the disease, lubricates joints, ligaments and muscles and helps strengthen every part of your body.
Yoga also teaches you how to breathe properly, lowers blood pressure and the benefits nearly every organ of the body. Yoga can be practiced by people of all ages; calms the mind and keep you young, energetic and alive!
Prayer or meditation. Whether in the form of affirmations, prayers to their particular god, conversations with the universe, or talking with angels or guardians, feed your spirituality.
Please create a sense of peace. It will calm your mind and give you a feeling of well … mentally, spiritually and physically. Feeling at peace with yourself is a huge boost to your overall happiness.
Reframe your thoughts
Most of us look at things only when they become a problem; Why not try to look different from what you see now and prevent irritations turn into mountains … keep them as a means of molehills. Train your brain to see things from a different angle.
Have an attitude of gratitude.
If you woke up this morning, be thankful! Even if you have pain … it’s a good indication that you‘re still alive!
Be grateful for dirty dishes … it means that you had a great meal.
If you have bills to pay, I hope you have enjoyed the benefits of electricity, fuel, and a roof over your head.

Have you noticed the way?
The flowers are in bloom?
The leaves turn into a rainbow of color?
Your server has a beautiful smile?
Be nice to someone:
Offer your seat on the bus or train.
Open the door for someone.
Paying the bill for coffee or even lunch … by a stranger.
Donate some of your books, clothes, dishes, etc.
Remember that every day is not very big, but there is something great in life.
It’s just a matter of re-framing your thoughts, pay attention and learn to see things as they are, not as you think they should be.
