Would not it be wonderful to be a child again? All they do is eat, play, laugh and sleep! The truth is that children are only children, but the things that spend most of their time doing what we are as adults, we should do, instead of throwing money in the search for the fountain of youth.

Fact: The average age of four laugh about 300 times a day … the average for 40 years, adult laughs about 4 times a day.

Laughter really is the best medicine and studies consistently show that healthy physical changes occur when you laugh.

Laughter does all this:

       stimulates the immune system

       increases energy

       decreases pain

protects you against the harmful effects of stress

triggers the release of endorphins happy, natural, feel good chemicals in the body.

protects the heart by enhancing the function of blood vessels and increase blood flow

You can even join an organization such as laughter yoga, which is an international organization operating in 60 countries.

Laughter Yoga is based on the principle that the brain can not differentiate between real laughter (cartoons, jokes, TV, etc) and laughter artificially created (which has just started to laugh at all). And it works with Prana Yama (yogic breathing).

Go Out and Play

What do you mean you have fun? No matter what it is, but for many people it is family, friends, animals, or a combination of one of these as you want, and whatever makes you happy.

Maybe you like the time to yourself?

Maybe you like photography as a serious amateur, or like hiking at all times, or really go to the theater or the movies without having to listen to others you give a blow by blow account of what is happening (think you’re blind and deaf!), then enjoy on your own, enjoying their activities on their own.

It is good to share the fun around so do not get too lonely. Enjoy laugh and enjoy each other’s company and give the same benefits … let others enjoy!

The old saying, “Time flies while you‘re having fun” is true. Why hobby? Because you are absorbed and immersed in what you are doing that you forgot to check the time. You just think about what about .. the future or the past are forgotten.

Myth time sensitive: The need for sleep does not decrease with age, but the ability to sleep six to eight hours at a time to do it.

It is impossible to overestimate the benefits of a good night sleep; especially for children and middle-aged. Most people operate on a 16 hour day and need an average of eight hours of sleep per night. However, some people work only six hours of sleep, while others can not perform at its best, unless I slept for ten hours.

Sleep is a dynamic process (continuous brain activity during sleep), during which cells produce and release proteins essential for growth and repair of tissues. By asking the parts of the brain that control emotions and social interactions during sleep, you can maintain optimal emotional and social functioning while awake.

Sleep promotes physical health, longevity, and emotional well-being. It also contributes to the concentration, of the memory and enables the repair of cellular damage caused during the day.
