Of course, your heart may break, leaving you sad and blue. Some studies have shown that people can die of a broken heart. You’ve read the stories on the Internet, right? Our view tends to be that our brain is the seat of thought and logic, and our heart is the seat of our feelings. So we would be without heart as “data” that old TV show, Star Trek, The Next Generation – smart, attentive, and logic; but the lack of happiness, compassion and love. What kind of life would that be?

Then there is the physical equivalent of a broken heart.

Heart health is so important we have a free heart sitting in a closet somewhere, ticking and collecting dust. If we live our full energy, vigor and vitality lives, we must do everything we can to keep the heart pumping efficiently.
