Does Panic Away Work?

The Panic Away program is a treatment known self-help program developed by Barry McDonagh. Initially, the program was in college.

But does the program really work? I asked the same question about 2 years ago.

The program is controversial because it challenges deeply held beliefs and actually becomes the head.

For example, many experts believe that the best way to prevent a panic attack or anxiety issue is to stay calm and not to produce more stress a person from what they already know. This panic is not far from thinking!

Who is the program of treatment to Panic Away?

It is primarily used to treat panic and anxiety disorders. These may be caused by a number of factors, a phobia is a fear of social situations. We are complex creatures and respond to our environment in a variety of ways. A rather mundane cases, a person can be a very stressful time for someone else.

So what makes it so different?

His approach is quite simple, but at the same time quite radical.

They believe that by stimulating the body to experience more stress (albeit in a controlled manner) your body finally begin to respond and react differently when the real stress situations occur. In other words, it encourages people to feel more stressful during treatment!

When the body feels stressed, it produces adrenaline, which in turn makes the heart beat faster. Once the adrenaline was exhausted, the body naturally moves to a phase of relaxation, how the attack disappears.

Using a series of exercises, the subject is able to recognize and control their own response to a series of stressful situations. This instilled a new confidence and allows them ultimately not only relieve symptoms but to banish from their lives forever. They learn effectively these attacks are not dangerous in themselves and can be conquered.

Is it good for you?

My answer is: it depends. It certainly worked for me and cured my anxiety disorders. But I am a very visual person and I have to be practical exercises that I can follow to be effective.

Some may benefit from using self-help books, while others may respond better to treatment of one-to-one or even hypnotherapy.

It should also be discovering your doctor if there is an underlying chemical or hormonal factors cause or aggravate symptoms.

Whatever you decide, it’s time to declare war on its condition!
